To All WTCA Members,
On behalf of the WTCA Board of Directors, it is a great pleasure for me to invite you to join us in the exciting city of Shanghai for the WTCA 's 36th General Assembly September 21-24, 2005.

As you all know, our General Assembly each year is a major event in the Association's annual calendar. It is a unique opportunity to learn about our progress on a variety of WTCA programs and to participate in their further development. We have been especially active this year on various projects to increase the value of World Trade Centers and improve the services you receive from the WTCA. By attending the Shanghai meeting and participating in the discussions, you can play an important role in helping to make World Trade Centers and the WTCA as successful as possible.

And of course as a key benefit of your attendance will be the ability to network with old friends in the WTCA family and make new ones. These relationships are one of the big advantages of WTCA membership, and they can open the door to many reciprocal programs that can help you immensely with your programs back home.

Remember also the huge business opportunities that China offers. Our friends at WTC Shanghai will exert every effort to carefully match trade mission delegates with local firms to help make their visit highly profitable. It's hard to imagine a better way for your clients to explore the huge and growing Chinese market than under the auspices of the WTCA and WTC Shanghai.

Finally, there will be an exciting program for accompanying persons, with tours to a number of historic sites in the region.

I urge you to join me and your fellow WTCA members at our General Assembly in Shanghai, and I am looking forward to seeing you there.
